From the Clear Skin Diet program. Prep time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 large russet potatoes peeled or unpeeled, based on preference
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Shred potatoes (either peeled or unpeeled with a box-style cheese
  • Transfer potatoes into a bowl filled with cold Stir the potatoes shreds and then drain the starchy water.

  • Transfer the dried potatoes to a heated non-stick skillet or griddle and spread into an even layer.

  • Remove from heat, let them cool, and serve!
