Ingredients:
- 3 large russet potatoes peeled or unpeeled, based on preference
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Shred potatoes (either peeled or unpeeled with a box-style cheese
- Transfer potatoes into a bowl filled with cold Stir the potatoes shreds and then drain the starchy water.
- Refill the bowl with more cold water and repeat the stirring and draining of the shredded Be sure to drain as much water as possible, and use a paper towel or clean dish towel to dry them.
- Transfer the dried potatoes to a heated non-stick skillet or griddle and spread into an even layer.

- Remove from heat, let them cool, and serve!
