Cook time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

• 2-4 russet potatoes
• Seasonings of choice

Instructions:

• Preheat over to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Wash potatoes and peel them if you prefer them this way.
• Chop the potatoes into fries. Wedges can be between 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch.
• Toss the fries into a large bowl and sprinkle the seasonings you want.
• Place the seasoned fries onto a baking tray that has a silicon mat on top.
• Bake the fries for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve!
• Dip them in barbecue sauce and ketchup! Or pair this with homemade chili!
