Total prep and cook time: 6 minutes

 Ingredients:

  • 5 cup water
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 5 cup of oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • Berries of choice

Instructions:

  • Add the water, banana, pumpkin puree, oats, and baking soda and maple syrup to a high powered blender.
  • Pour the mixture onto a heated non-stick skillet or griddle into small circles.
  • Once there are small bubbles coming through the pancakes, flip them with a spatula and cook the other side.
  • Remove from griddle and add fresh fruit and maple Voila!
