Total prep and cook time: 6 minutes
Ingredients:
- 5 cup water
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 5 cup of oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- Berries of choice
Instructions:
- Add the water, banana, pumpkin puree, oats, and baking soda and maple syrup to a high powered blender.
- Pour the mixture onto a heated non-stick skillet or griddle into small circles.
- Once there are small bubbles coming through the pancakes, flip them with a spatula and cook the other side.
- Remove from griddle and add fresh fruit and maple Voila!
