Great for breakfast or dessert – from the Clear Skin Diet program. Prep time: 5 minutes or less
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 peach
- 2-4 chopped medjool dates
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Slice all of the fruit and put it into a bowl.
- Add the rolled oats and apple sauce and mix
- Add a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve!
