Great for breakfast or dessert – from the Clear Skin Diet program. Prep time: 5 minutes or less

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 peach
  • 2-4 chopped medjool dates
  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  • Slice all of the fruit and put it into a bowl.
  • Add the rolled oats and apple sauce and mix
  • Add a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve!
