Ingredients:

• Whole wheat wraps
• 2 tbs homemade chickpea hummus (see recipe)
• 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
• Sliced tomatoes
• Handful sliced carrots
• Handful fresh cilantro
• Handful fresh sprouts
• Handful fresh lettuce
• Sliced tomato

Instructions:

• Place the hummus onto the wrap.
• Add remainder ingredients and wrap them up. Serve!
