Ingredients

• 1 can chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
• 1/2 cup frozen
• 1/2 cup minced onions
• 1 tsp curry powder
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 lemon juiced

Instructions

• Sautee onions and spices in water. Add chickpeas and peas to mix.
Place in a pita with fresh lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and homemade hummus! This would also taste great served over rice.
