From the Clear Skin Diet Program
Ingredients:
• Homemade chili (see recipe)
• Mustard
• Lettuce
• Sliced cucumber
• Sliced tomatoes
• 2 pieces of whole wheat bread (we love Ezekiel)
Instructions:
• Toast the bread.
• Put mustard or other approved condiments on bread.
• Add the homemade chili recipe to the sandwich.
• Add remaining vegetables and close the sandwich.
• Note: This would be great with mashed potatoes and gravy for a really hearty and filling meal!
