Ingredients
• 1 cup cook short grain brown rice
• 3 tbs rice wine vinegar
• 2 tbs organic cane sugar
• Nori sheets
• 1 fresh bell pepper
• 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
• 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
• 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
Instructions
• To cook rice, in a medium sauce pan, bring water to a boil, then add rice. Lower the heat and cover. Let simmer for 18-25 minutes. Drain excess water if there is any.
• Add vinegar and sugar to rice. This will make it sticky.
• While the rice is cooking, chop the vegetable into thin slices.
• Add 1 cup of sticky rice to nori sheet. Add fresh thin slices of veggies. Roll into handheld sushi rolls, or roll and slice into traditional sushi bites.
