From the Clear Skin Diet Program

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole wheat pieces of bread (We love Ezekiel)
  • Mustard
  • Sprouts
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Lemon wedges
  • Garbanzo beans
  • Curry powder

Instructions:

  • Toast the bread
  • Put mustard or other approved condiments on bread
  • In a bowl or on a plate, mash garbanzo beans. Add lemon and curry and mix together.
  • Place garbanzo beans on sandwich.
  • Add sprouts and remaining vegetables to the Voila!
