From the Clear Skin Diet Program
Ingredients:
- 2 whole wheat pieces of bread (We love Ezekiel)
- Mustard
- Sprouts
- Sliced cucumber
- Sliced tomatoes
- Lemon wedges
- Garbanzo beans
- Curry powder
Instructions:
- Toast the bread
- Put mustard or other approved condiments on bread
- In a bowl or on a plate, mash garbanzo beans. Add lemon and curry and mix together.
- Place garbanzo beans on sandwich.
- Add sprouts and remaining vegetables to the Voila!
