Ingredients:
• 1 cup minced onions
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 cup vegetable broth
• 1 can kidney beans
• 1 tbs coconut aminos or soy sauce
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp curry powder
• 2 cups spinach
Instructions:
• Sautee onions until translucent.
• Add diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, coconut aminos, and spices.
• Add kidney beans and spinach. Let simmer for 5-10 mins. Serve!
