Ingredients:

• 1 container of salsa
• 2 cups white rice
• 4 cups water or veggie broth
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to instant pot and cook for 10 minutes. Serve!
NOTE: I love to squeeze a bit of lemon for extra flavor and tang. You can also just eat beans and rice straight out of instant pots!
