From the Clear Skin Diet Program
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 pound cremini mushrooms
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour (or gluten free flour)
- 2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary
Instructions:
- Sautee chopped onion in
- Toast dry ingredients over low heat until they are
- Slowly add in veggie broth and whisk
- Add mushrooms and soy sauce and let simmer for 10 Serve over mashed potatoes!
