From the Clear Skin Diet Program 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 pound cremini mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour (or gluten free flour)
  • 2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary

Instructions:

  • Sautee chopped onion in
  • Toast dry ingredients over low heat until they are
  • Slowly add in veggie broth and whisk
  • Add mushrooms and soy sauce and let simmer for 10 Serve over mashed potatoes!
