Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangos diced
  • 2 ripe peaches, peeled, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 tsp maple (optional)

Instructions:

  • Mix ingredients together and pour lime juice over ingredients.
  • Note: This would be great paired with Pad Thai
