Ingredients:
- 1 can cannellini beans (reserve liquid)
- 1/4 cup of cannellini liquid
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 handful fresh basil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbs lemon juice (or rice wine vinegar)
- 2 tbs water
Instructions:
- Pour ingredients into a blender and blend until the mixture fluffs up like Add more liquid to make it more like a sauce.
- Enjoy on sandwiches, as a dip, or as a sauce!
