Ingredients:

  • 1 can cannellini beans (reserve liquid)
  • 1/4 cup of cannellini liquid
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 handful fresh basil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbs lemon juice (or rice wine vinegar)
  • 2 tbs water

Instructions:

  • Pour ingredients into a blender and blend until the mixture fluffs up like Add more liquid to make it more like a sauce.
  • Enjoy on sandwiches, as a dip, or as a sauce!
