I’m 70. So I Wrote a Song About It.

I turned 70 this year.

After making my last video about spending $9,200 looking for disease, I started thinking about how I actually want to spend whatever years I have left.

Running outside. Sunshine. Simple food. Mexico. The ocean. My wife and kids. Making videos. Laughing. And trying not to spend too much of my life worrying about all the things that might eventually kill me.

So I wrote a song about it.
