Ingredients:
• 1.5 cup baked sweet potato (no skin)
• 2.5 cups oat flour (or blended rolled oats)
• 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
• 2 tbs maple syrup
• 1 cup cranberries
• 1 teaspoons almond extract
• 3 teaspoons of baking soda
• 3 tablespoons oat milk
• 1 tsp cinnamon powder
• 1 tsp ginger
Instructions:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Peal and mash baked potato in a bowl.
• Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
• Add your mix to a silicon muffin baking tray and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes.
