Ingredients:
• 1 Can cannellini beans
• 2 ripe/spotty bananas
• 3/4 cup maple syrup
• Tablespoon of vanilla extract (alcohol free)
• 3/4 cup of oat flour
• 1/2 cup fat free cocoa
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
Instructions:
• Add all of your wet ingredients to the blender. Add 1 can of rinsed cannellini beans to the blender. Then add two pealed ripe spotty bananas. Next, pour 3/4 cup of maple syrup. Finally, add a tablespoon of vanilla extract. Blend all your wet ingredients on high until you have a liquid consistency.
• In a separate mixing bowl add oat flour, fat free cocoa powder, and baking soda. Whisk the dry ingredients with a whisk and if you don’t have a whisk a fork is fine.
• Add your liquid ingredients from the blender to your dry ingredients and keep whisking until the mix is smooth and creamy.
• Pour your brownie mix into a 9 inch silicon cake baking tray. (The silicon pan will keep the brownies from sticking.) If you don’t have a silicon baking tray you can add some parchment paper to a 9 inch baking tray instead.
• Bake your mix at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes and then they’re ready to eat!
• Note: you can poke a toothpick or fork through brownies to make sure they’re fully baked to perfection.
