Ingredients:

• 4 cups vegetable broth
• 1/2 cup onion, minced
• 1 clove garlic, pressed
• 1 tbs chili powder
• 15 oz can pumpkin puree
• 1 cup butternut squash
• 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions:

• Sautee onions and garlic until translucent.
• Add remainder ingredneits. Let simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes.
• Serve with brown rice and veggies!
