Rice and beans are best cooked in instant pots. This recipe is a quick throw together batch-cooking meal idea. Sometime you gotta keep it simple when you’re on the go! (Every meal doesn’t have to be Instagram worthy!

Ingredients:

• 1 cup cooked pinto beans
• 1 cup brown rice
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp nutritional yeast
• 1 tbs red salsa
• 1 tbs green salsa
• 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions

• Place spinach at bottom of the bowl.
• Top with beans and rice.
• Add condiments and VOILA!
