From the Clear Skin Diet Program
Ingredients:
• 1 baked Japanese sweet potato
• 1 cup Garbanzo beans
• Cilantro
• 1/2 cup Shredded carrots
• 1-2 cups mixed greens/romaine lettuce
• 1 cup broccoli
• Lemon
• Sliced tomatoes
Instructions:
• To bake Japanese sweet potatoes, preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Wash and dry potatoes. With a knife, poke 3 holes in the potatoes. Place on baking tray, put in the oven, and bake for 70 minutes.
• Steam broccoli or cook in microwave.
• Add ingredients to a big bowl, and squeeze a lemon on top for taste. Add salt and pepper for more flavor.
