• 2 1/4 tsp Quick acting active dry yeast
• 1 1/3 cup warm Oat Milk
• 1 tbs Brown sugar
• 1 tsp Salt
• 3 to 3 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour

Instructions

• In a mixing bowl, add quick-acting active dry yeast and warm oat milk. (You want the warm oat milk to be 105 degrees Fahrenheit to 115 degrees Fahrenheit.)
• Add brown sugar, salt, and whole wheat flour and mix all the ingredients.
• Place each roll three quarters of the way filled in a silicon baking tray. You can use the same tray that makes muffins!
• Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Note: this recipe goes great with sugar free jam if you want something sweeter. You can use these for dinner rolls or dip them into delicious soups!)
