Ingredients:
• 1 15 oz can of garbanzo beans
• 1 cup lentils
• 1/2 cup brown rice
• 1/2 cup oats
• 3 tablespoons mango salsa
• 2 tsp curry powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional)
Instructions:
• In a bowl, mash garbanzo beans and lentils with a fork. (A food processor can also be used.)
• Add the mashed beans to a bowl and mix in the remainder ingredients.
• Using your hands, turn the mixture into patties.
• Grill right away or place them in the fridge and cook them up when desired.
• Serve on toasted bagel, brown rice, or whole wheat bread. Add condiments like mustard, ketchup, BBQ sauce, or hot sauce.
• A sweet chili sauce would also be delicious with this!
