Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 pinch of salt

  • For the microwave, add the rolled oats to a microwave safe Add in 1.5 cups of water. Feel free to add less water or more water depending on what type of consistency you would like. (More water will make it more watery.)
