Ingredients:
• 1 ripe banana
• 1.5-2 cups water
• 1 tbs maple syrup
• 1 pinch of salt
Instructions:
• Place all ingredients in a high powered blender (like a vitamix) and blend until smooth. Serve on oatmeal, on cereal, or as a cold beverage!
• Note: Eat banana milk fresh. It does not store well.
