This is PART TWO of a series on my B12 experiment as a long time vegan. In Part One, I discussed research that suggests some people may increase risk of cancer with B12 supplements, specifically men who smoke. I looked at other research suggesting some possible increased risk. In this video I discuss the results of some recent blood work and talk about my strategy for supplementing going forward.
