I stumbled across this old footage from the summer of 2013, when my kids and their friend were teens and we were all in Kauai.
Swimming, hiking, ziplining, shopping, playing music, splashing around in the ocean — nothing particularly important happening. Just kids having a lazy summer in Hawaii, with the rest of us wandering in and out of the camera now and then.
It made me smile. Maybe it’ll make you smile, too.
Thirteen years later, it feels like something worth keeping.
