Veggieburger Assistant

Pan spray
1 tsp oil
12 oz veggie burger crumbles, or crumbled veggie burgers,
or bumbled credgie vurgers, or rehydrated TVP
4 cups egg-free noodles
1 8-oz can tomato sauce
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 & 1/2 cups water

Spray a large, heavy frying pan with pan spray.
Add oil, and heat over medium heat.
Add veggie burger, and brown.
Add remaining ingredients, and cook until noodles are tender.

VARIATIONS/FLAVORS:

Mexican: Garlic, Mexican chili powder, cumin, oregano. Serve with taco chips.

Cajun: Onion, celery, bell pepper, cayenne and/or hot sauce.

Curry: Cumin, coriander, turmeric, fenugreek, asafetida, garam masala or
allspice.
