Subject:         Green Smoothie

Green Smoothie

1 cup chopped kale or spinach (or other greens)
2 cups chopped frozen fruit
1 & 1/2 cups almond milk (or other 'milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract (or other flavoring)
Sweetener to taste (optional)

Put all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth, stopping and pressing down
contents as needed to blend thoroughly.
Add more liquid as needed for blending and consistency.
Serve immediately.

For extra protein, add a scoop of protein powder
before blending.
