Whatever protein powder you like is fine.

You could get more pea protein, and stick with that,

or try a mixture of pea protein and rice protein.

Potato protein is a "new" thing, but I've heard that
it doesn't dissolve very well, and tastes kind of blah.
It's also very expensive at the moment.

Hemp protein is also becoming popular.
