Granola Bars

2 cups quick oatmeal
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oil or 1 mashed banana
1 egg sub (Ener-G, mixed with water
as directed on pkg, or egg sub of your choice)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla or other extract

Mix all thoroughly.
Pat firmly into a sprayed cake pan.
Bake at 325 F for 25 minutes.
Cool. Cut into bars.
For packing, wrap well in foil or plastic.
