My Favorite Smoothie

1 cup greens (kale, spinach, romaine)
1 cup frozen fruit chunks (canned or fresh)
1 cup coconut milk or almond milk (or a blend)
1 tsp chia seeds
1 Tbs protein powder (pea is fine)
Sweetener to taste (if desired)

Blend very well. Add more liquid, if needed.
Drink immediately.

2 servings.

Any leftovers can be kept in fridge 1 day.
