Hi Chef Deb, I am hoping you can help me with this question or guide me. Every morning I make my husband and myself a health smoothie. I have been adding flax seeds and chia most mornings to fruit or veggies. Sometimes I add a pea protein powder or another type of green powder. My question is what is the best type of powder to use? Can I make my own? Maybe this isn't something you can answer and if not can you give me any suggestions? I have searched the internet and there are a lot of different powders out there.
