Thank you Chef Deb! I guess I always try to make
my own products so I can control the sodium or fat
content. I will try making a cottage cheeze using
tofu. Sounds simple enough! Also I like the idea
of using coconut milk as a creamer. I did buy a can
of it to make a type of curry. Plus I just looked
at the cashew cheeze recipe! I have a bag of raw
cashews! Another recipe to try too! Thank you for
getting back to me with all of the great ideas!
