It has been awhile since I have posted a question! I am trying to give up certain foods that stop me from being vegan! I have a hard time with my love for yogurt and cottage cheese. I also like to eat once in a while cheese with crackers or something like that and cheese spreads are great at holiday times. Sometimes too a little parmesan or romano shaker/sprinkle cheese I will add to a soup or pasta. Can you help me with any of these cheeses so I can become vegan? Also at times I ordered out coffee with cream. Maybe a good cream sub recipe? I hate to buy any items pre-made because of the ingredients. I like to make my own.
