Chia "Egg"

2 Tbs chia seeds
6 Tbs water

Grind chia seeds to powder.
Add water and mix well.
Let stand 4 - 5 minutes.
Mix to obtain "goop".
Equivalent to 2 eggs.

Vegan cheeze shreds should work in this recipe.
