Hi chef Deb,

Years ago you told me eating low carb and low fat is faster for weight loss. So, what would you suggest for how many high carbs to eat and how much fat? I don't mind using olive oil or coconut oil.

Still need to lose the weight. I have found I do lose faster when I don't eat so many taters or corn, but I would miss them if I have to really let them go completely.
