Deb, I've noticed for several years now that you're a fan of coconut oil
and that you say saturated fats (at least plant-based) are healthy, not
unhealthy, for us. Can you explain why or site sources?

I've become extremely confused lately about all this. For years I had
myself on a very low-fat vegan diet because I believed saturated fat
led to heart disease, for which I already had risk factors.

Now, with recent things I've read, I no longer know what to believe --
or what to eat and what to avoid...
