MAKE FRENCH TOAST WITH VEGAN VITTLES RECIPE; ALSO NEW ONE, WITH BANANAS AND SOYMILK. THEY ARE DELICIOUS, BUT NOT COOKED IN MIDDLE; VERY SOGGY. I USUALLY USED FROZEN 12 GRAIN BREAD. I ALSO TRIED, WHOLE WHEAT BREAD AND NOT FROZEN; ALWAYS SOGGY IN MIDDLE. EVEN CUT SLICES IN HALF, THINKING ALL SIDES WOULD COOK, LIKE EDGES, BUT TO NO AVAIL; STILL SOGGY. I COOKED ON MEDIUM HIGH, LOW, HIGH; STILL THE SAME. HELP!!
