Subject:         "Instant" Bean Soup

When you have two, three, or four cups of leftover broth
after cooking veggies, tofu,tvp, etc,
try this simple trick:

Bring broth to a boil.
Add a can (or two) of vegetarian refried beans.
Heat through, stirring constantly.
Serve this flavorful bean soup, with garnishes of your choice!


So easy, and so good! :D
