Thank you for explaining the tempeh. I had no idea there were different types since this was the only one they had at the health food store. I am glad too that you mentioned it could burn if broiled! That would be a disaster! I am going to make a burger out of half of it and cook the other half in some coconut oil which I happen to have on hand! I really want to thank you for taking the time to give me hints, ideas and recipes!!
