Slight correction:
The article about Bragg Liquid Aminos is absolutely right about Bragg
Liquid Aminos containing the amino acid glutamic acid (which is the
excitotoxic component of MSG).
But the correct term is "processed free glutamic acid" -- not "free
glutamate".
"Glutamate" only refers to the salt (eg, "monosodium glutamate," which is
glutamic acid plus one sodium atom).
I realize that this article is nearly 20 years old, but the error has been
carried forward and is still being presented here.
