indeed !! once we (or some folk) can dispense with the unattainable
ideals, the ego-stroking, the "ultimate", the mental masturbation,
and the divisiveness, real change for the better can begin

the real success will come when those who wish to help meet those
in need of help, right where they are. achievable, and incremental,
changes in habits lead to success; success that needn't be
measured at 100%-or-go-home (a.k.a' guess you must not be a
hero then')

that's not to say that you impose any limitations, should people
wish to end up with huge transformation. just that there're no
carrots, and no sticks. akin to the slow incremental temperature
increases that leads to the boiling of frogs (before they realise it),
so people can build upon small successes to end up in a much
better way, without over-reaching before they are ready (ending in
'not-being-a-hero'), which normally leads people to just give up

of course, there is nothing sensational about incremental change,
no...."ULTIMATE" "HEROES", just time-honoured, and sage
advice, to start that journey with "one step", then another, then

shoot for the stars if you want, but wear crash gear for the
inevitable bad landing
