John, is that Fullers original quote or did he steal it and change it? You know the original quote is '' give a man a fish and feed him for a day, teach him how to fish and feed him for life ''. I suppose for vegans it would be, " give a man a tomato and feed him for a day, teach him how to grow tomatoes and feed him for life ''.

It looks like you and I are the only ones who seem to acknowledge that many people nowadays are born with ' weak ' ( as I describe it ) or ' damaged ' ( as you describe ) it bodies. Most people think that as long as your diet is 100% raw or vegan or natural you can fix all your problems by diet alone.

Where I differ with you is that I look at the world as it is and say '' how can we improve it ? '', whereas you are putting up an ideal that would take us to a place that doesn't exist.

In our modern world you can be born with a genetically weak body ( as I describe it), or a damaged body ( as you describe it ) and still go on to live a long healthy happy active life without going to the nth degree of extremes - which in a lot of cases would do further damage to the body.

You don't need to have a 100% perfectly clean bloodstream to the nth degree to live well. Plumbing pipes can be 60, 70 or 80% clean and the water can still flow through.

I'll save the rest for the collaboration on our book.
