Its possible i have mis-understood some of your points, although you have lost me in your wording and individual criteria for accepting vegan diet causes low b12 levels here Gosia.

But regardless if ive mis-understood you or you me, it doesn't detract from any of the facts or science i have posted here proving my points.

I have put more science here on the table and all i have got in return to reinforce your point was a majority omnivore/vegetarian study rather than vegan.

As to investing anymore time, you don't have to respond to me, but i appreciate you taking the time to do so.

To keep yourself and your vegan friends safe however, id say at least giving these studies in my thread a glance, would be a wise investment.

The studies are well worth a read for anyone following a vegetarian or strict vegan diet that is unaware of these potential risks, as many vegans aren't.

I re-named my thread over my site to - Vegan Diet & Vitamin B12 Deficiency Study Resource Thread

I have managed to also add a few more studies ive been meaning to for a while now. I have laid out the conclusions/key points from the studies as easy as i can, so even a quick read will suffice.
