Mr. Simon started to eat vegetarian when he was 19 which was about 1974. He then became vegan in 2005. He was diagnosed with colon cancer (which is nearly 100% of the time due to a poor diet) in 2012. Unless his cancer started before 2005, I would believe that he at least was eating a better diet from 2005 until 2012 which might not have caused colon cancer. Or did the vegan diet "cause" colon cancer?
