In your case, between your genetics and your body chemistry the diet works for you. As I outlined before, with other people with different genetics and different body chemistry the diet doesn't work. Otherwise their would be hundreds of thousands of Ehretists nowadays.

I'm not saying his, or any other healthy diet doesn't work for certain people. What I am saying is we need to realise that because of our genetics, digest capacity, body chemistry, environment and other circumstances etc. just because a certain diet works for indivdual A, B, or C doesn't make it The Ultimate Optimum Diet.

Healthy eating is obviously the best way to go, but it's the extremes that in a lot of cases causes physical and chemical issues with people afterwards. How does anyone else know how many bananas another person can successfully eat and digest without enervating them?

No one expects everyone who goes for a run to do a marathon. No one who wants to go for a swim is expected to do an hour of swimming. Many people don't have the physical body to do it irrespective of how much they train - and it's not necessary. The same with diet and eating. Irrespective of how raw or how healthy a diet is, if it doesn't work for them then it doesn't work for them.

People have limitations with what they eat, and how much they can eat and digest.

This is something that people need to be warned of before they change their diet, not afterwards. For some people once the damage is done it's too late to reverse.
