In an ideal world, yes. If you live in the countryside with pristine air and a natural clean environment then that would be so, but a lot of us live in dirty polluted cities so to a degree some crap in our bodies and systems acts as a buffer and insulation from all the noise, radiation, pollution and whatever we have to deal with on a daily basis.

Also, it's not necessary in our world to function at a high rate of efficiency with a 100% clean bloodstream - quite often 80 or 90% is quite adequate.

I want to write an important longer post on a topic, but I don't think it's worth the trouble in the boards current format because everything disappears the next day. Rather than having topics listed by the date, I think it should be listed by the topic as all other forums are. This way anyone who comes to the forum will see all the headings and can reply - or just read them. It may not be possible to do this with all the old posts, but we could start fresh with all the new posts. This way anyone who comes to this board will be able to see all the messages. Even continuing our above post is almost useless as people have to try and find the original posts.

Nothing worse than coming to a board and seeing nothing, when in fact there are endless worthwhile posts!!!
