Bio-chemical individuality when it comes to diet is something that vegans and the gurus tend to never take into consideration.

Very true, and that is one area l am moving into lately, Bio-chemical individuality and bespoke diets. It means getting blood work and tailoring a diet specially to the person. That is the future, and it requires an artform, but not something gurus would be comfortable with because they still promote a one diet fits all approach despite their lip service going contrary to their actions.

This is why believing that a set diet of X whether its 80/10/10 or sproutarian can work for everybody is never going to work. Its just not practical, let alone before we get down to the nutrition side of it.

I write:

Mainly good points there, but still not convinced about the nutrition side of the sprout diet. Truely, l think the problems for some people's failure on vegan diets goes even further than just nutrition and practicality, I think it branches into other less defined areas such as the spiritual, but l wont talk about that here.

One of the bio-chemical defects that relates to vegans is kryptopyrrole disorder or pyroluria as its known. Which is why many naturally gravitate to a low protein/low zinc vegan diet in the first place. However these individuals are already extremely deficient in zinc due to pyrroles binding it up.

I write:

I will have to check that out, never heard of it before. I don't want to read articles, l want to see what the science says on this.

Btw, l already checked the chromium idea you put forward and l am not convinced, but l will keep on looking into it because l want to know the truth so l can help people do things as well as possible. But as you said, the individual make-up and tailored diet is really the key to ultimate success, but no gurus except Gabriel Coisens seems knowledgable enough to be heading in that direction at the current moment, and it is not helped when so many vegans are still shaped by massive vegan dietary phobias (eg, higher fat diets, algaes, seaweeds) or lack of strategy because of lack of information.

Personally l believe there are millions of vegans out there, especially spiritual vegans, but these conversations are good because we can look at the problems and try to correct them so we can tip factors in a person's favour, but of course it doesn't end there because we must tailor a diet to the person (not easy to do). I know you will think l am silly for thinking there are millions of vegans out there, but so be it. *wink*

We are never going to agree on many things with diet Temp (especially the sproutarian diet), but you keep me on my toes and may bring up things l haven't considered before, so all is good.
