Good point, it would not be the easiest diet to balance. I have done some number crunching and it is very difficult to balance such a diet, and getting full spectrum nutrition seems impossible. With a more open minded diets there are more tools to work with to re-adjust the copper - zinc ratio.

It may do this for certain diets, but l highly doubt a living food or even many wholefood raw diets would have this problem due to the many phytochemicals in the foods which would counteract any possibility of cancers. A sproutarian getting cancer through only having 4 - 5 times the iron rda seems crazy imo, but a non wholefoods diet may be different.
