Now, you may say, what about kidney damage, and l would say that it won't be a problem because that high iron will be used to both bring manganese and copper under control, therefore that 450% iron rda won't be poorly absorbed because it will serve a large function in bringing down copper and manganese levels.

Getting 150% - 200% rda for iron is not going to be neccessarily effective imo, but 450% is a whole new ballgame.

The best way to be getting high iron levels is to drink fenugreek sprout juice most days before the high copper/manganese meals. Fenugreek is one of the finest balancers in the vegan diet, and so it chia.

We definitely can patch the vegan diet well according to known science.
